Carla Estes

Dear Families,

As we settle into the new school year, our first month of school and instruction is in full swing! Students and staff have jumped into learning, and it has been wonderful seeing our campus so vibrant and active.

We are also thrilled to introduce the newest member of our administrative team, Becky Lovern, AP, who is already doing a fantastic job supporting our school community.

As we look ahead to the rest of the month and into November, please take note of the following important events and dates:

  • Annual Haunted House Event: Join us on October 29 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. While this year’s event may look a little different than last year, it promises to be a fun, festive time for the whole family!
  • No School Veterans Day: There will be no school on Wednesday, November 11, as we honor and celebrate our esteemed veterans.
  • November Student-Led Conferences: Conferences will take place from November 18–20. Please be sure to sign up for a slot with your child's advisory teacher.
  • Early Release at 12:30 for Thanksgiving Break on November 25.
  • No School Thanksgiving Break: There will be no school on November 26 and 27 so that families can enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday together.

Thank you for your continued partnership, support, and dedication to our students' success. We look forward to a wonderful month ahead!

Warmly,

Mrs. Estes
